Looking out over the Festival Plaza to the river on February 26, the day the river crested (about 24 feet above the regular river level of 12′). Gracehoper is visible on the Overlook in the upper part of the photo.

The Waterfront crew is working hard to clean up the park as the flood waters recede. Several electrical transformers were damaged and will need repair; lights in the Purple, Silver, Turquoise and Yellow lots will be out indefinitely. Lights are ready to be turned back on in the Green, Orange, Tan, Lincoln and Red lots once they have been inspected by the city inspector.
