First Time Event
Once your event proposal has been submitted, someone from the WDC events staff will contact you for follow-up questions, availability, and/or to schedule a meeting.
We are delighted to have your event return to Waterfront Park and/or the Belvedere. Please print, fill out and return all items included in the WDC Checklist below. Once you have completed the checklist, please send your completed forms to WDC Events Staff via mail, upload, fax, or drop them off at our office.
