Waterfront Indy Fest 2009

Waterfront's trademark production, the Waterfront Independence Festival, is a free 2 day concert and fireworks extravaganza on the Great Lawn. With fun for the whole family at your fingertips, there's really no reason not to come down and share the 3rd and 4th with us.

Waterfront Wednesdays

WFPK Waterfront Wednesdays

is a Waterfront tradition now in its ninth year. WFPK Waterfront Wednesdays provide free music and a happy hour atmosphere on the last Wednesday of each month, April through September.

HappyTail Hour in Waterfront Park

Bring your dearest four-legged friends and be ready for this pet-friendly cocktail event.

May - September: FREE Waterfront Heritage Walks with local historian Rick Bell

Floating PalaceNext tour weekend: Saturday, June 19 at 10am and Sunday, June 20 at 2pm. A series of free walking tours, led by local historian Rick Bell, will explore the history of Louisville’s riverfront and the development of today’s acclaimed Waterfront Park. Beginning at the Belle of Louisville’s landing at the Fourth Street wharf, the 90-minute tours will end at the Lincoln Memorial.
