The Komen Race for the Cure is the largest series of 5k run/walks in the world, with well over 1 million participants. The Komen Race for the Cure series funds awareness for the fight against breast cancer. It is a celebration to honor survivors and a special time to honor those who have lost their battles with breast cancer. It is a safe, fun event. Together we will find a cure.

A one mile walk and memorial service to honor children that have died due to miscarriage, stillbirth or early infant death. Walk to RememberMusic and children's activities will be available for all family and friends, regardless of how long ago the loss occurred.  A short memorial service and reading of children's names that have been registered will be read.

The American Cancer Society presents the 13th annual "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer." We are expecting more than 13,000 walkers to come together for our 5K walk (which is family-friendly) to fight breast cancer. "Making Strides" is a non-competitive walk supporting the American Cancer Society's unique mission to fight cancer on four: research, education, advocacy and patient services.

Admission: Registration is free but donations are encouraged.
