The Waterfront Development Corporation will auction individual boat permits for use during the Waterfront Independence Festival on July 3-4, 2010. The purpose is to limit the number of boats in the harbor in an attempt to avoid unsafe conditions. A permit will be assigned to a successful bidder based on the amount of bid, size of vessel, and the date bid is received in the Waterfront Development office. Boats will not be assigned to a specific slip. The Waterfront Development Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Payments will be due Wednesday, June 23, 2010. Send bid along with the following information:
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• The size of your vessel – both overall length and width
• The name of your vessel and registration number (if applicable)
• The dollar amount you bid for use of a slip during Waterfront Independence Festival 2010
